Purpose: Creates a mass email batch as a step inside a Gravity Flow workflow, allowing emails to be sent out at the right stage of your process.
Settings #
- Feed Selection: Choose one or more active Mass Email feeds to run when this step executes. Only feeds already configured for the form will be available.
- Standard Gravity Flow Options: All other controls—such as step highlighting, conditional logic, and scheduling—are inherited from Gravity Flow’s built‑in step settings.
Managing Workflow Steps in the Dashboard #
The GravityOps → Mass Notifications → Feeds tab provides a central location to manage all your Mass Email feeds and Gravity Flow workflow steps.
- Workflow Step Management: You can view, activate, and deactivate Gravity Flow workflow steps of type “Mass Email Notification Batch” directly from this tab. This allows you to quickly pause or resume your automated email processes without having to navigate through individual Gravity Flow settings.
