Three ways to work with us
Pick the engagement that fits your project. Not sure which? Apply and select “Not sure” — we’ll route you in discovery.
Deploy
GravityOps in production, without the learning curve
You know GravityOps could solve the problem for your client. You don’t have days to learn the plugin’s edge cases and get it deployed cleanly. We do — we built it. You keep your project timeline; your client gets the working system.
What’s included
- Discovery call (30 min, $500, credited to project)
- Installation of 1–3 GravityOps plugins on the client’s site
- Configuration for the defined use case
- Test data + workflow verification
- Written handoff doc
- 30-day post-delivery bug-fix window
Best for: Agencies whose clients need GravityOps configured without the internal ramp-up time.
Apply for Deploy →Integrate
Custom Gravity Forms integration with an external system
Your client needs Gravity Forms connected to something — a CRM, a payment processor, an API, a legacy database. We build the integration to spec. Native GF architecture, no third-party middleware.
What’s included
- Discovery call (30–45 min, $500, credited to project)
- Integration built to written spec
- Testing on staging + client site
- Deployment
- Written handoff doc
- 30-day post-delivery bug-fix window
Best for: Agencies with a defined integration scope and no in-house GF-internals depth.
Apply for Integrate →Build
Custom Gravity Forms development, quoted per project
Bespoke functionality that doesn’t fit an existing plugin or standard integration. Custom plugin development, complex workflow logic, or novel functionality built on the GravityOps architecture.
What’s included
- Discovery call (30–45 min, $500, credited to project)
- Written SOW within 3 business days of discovery
- Milestone-based delivery
- Written handoff doc
- 30-day post-delivery bug-fix window
Best for: Agencies with a bespoke need that no off-the-shelf plugin covers.
Apply for Build →Every engagement starts with a $500 discovery call. Credited against the project on signed SOW. Fully refundable if we decide we’re not the right fit for the work.
All engagements include a 30-day post-delivery bug-fix window.
How this works
-
1
Apply
10 minutes on the form. For Build, scope questions generate a preliminary quote range. Discovery fee ($500) collected on submit via accept.blue.
-
2
Discovery call
30–45 minutes, held Tue–Thu. We confirm scope, pricing, and timeline. The $500 is credited against your project on signed SOW — or fully refunded if we’re not the right fit.
-
3
SOW
Written proposal within 3 business days of discovery. Deploy and Integrate use standard SOWs; Build gets a project-specific SOW.
-
4
Kickoff
Deposit received, work begins. Deploy and Integrate: 50% deposit. Build: 25% deposit at kickoff, 50% at midpoint milestone, 25% at delivery.
-
5
Delivery + support
SOW-defined milestones for Build, single delivery for Deploy and Integrate. 30 days of bug fixes included from delivery date.
Who this is for
Yes
- WordPress agencies whose clients need Gravity Forms work
- Freelance developers who need GF-specific capacity on a client project
- In-house teams stuck on a complex GF build
- White-label engagements — we work under your brand for your client
Not really
- DIY end users — our plugins are self-serve; buy directly on /gravityops/
- Nonprofits or businesses without a WordPress agency — we work through agencies, not direct-to-client
- Non-WordPress work — we do Gravity Forms, on WordPress, only
Why us
We built GravityOps. Integrate Asana with Gravity Forms, Mass Email Notifications for Gravity Forms, Recurring Form Submissions, Global Variables for Gravity Math, Kanban View for GravityView, and ten other plugins currently in use across the WordPress ecosystem. When your project touches Gravity Forms internals, we already know the edge cases.
We build native. No Zapier, no Make, no middleware layer. Data lives where it belongs — in your client’s WordPress instance, in Gravity Forms entries, in the tools your client already runs. That’s a philosophical position and also a practical one: middleware breaks, adds monthly cost, and moves data through infrastructure your client didn’t choose.
We work with agencies, not against them. We don’t sell direct-to-client, we don’t compete for your accounts, and we sign NDAs and white-label agreements as a matter of course. If your client asks who built the integration, the answer is your agency.
Common questions
How long from application to delivery?
Deploy: 2–3 weeks from kickoff. Integrate: 3–4 weeks. Build: 6–10 weeks typical, though genuinely custom work can run longer — the SOW locks the timeline. Discovery calls are scheduled within a few business days of application; SOW is drafted within 3 business days of the discovery call.
What if I need to cancel?
Before kickoff — full refund of any deposits. After kickoff on Deploy or Integrate — work already completed is billed at $175/hr against the deposit; overage invoiced, underage refunded. On Build — paid milestones are earned; between-milestone work bills at $175/hr, capped at the value of the next milestone. Full terms in the SOW.
What’s the 30-day support window cover?
Bug fixes on the code we shipped. If something we built breaks in the first 30 days, we fix it. Not covered: scope additions, changes to Gravity Forms core behavior after our delivery, or issues introduced by other plugins installed after handoff. Extended support available on request during discovery.
How’s a Build quote generated?
The application form asks scope questions — complexity, integrations, custom logic, timeline — and returns an estimated range based on industry rates. Confirmed exact pricing comes out of the discovery call and lives in the written SOW.
What’s the payment structure?
Discovery — $500 charged on application, via accept.blue. Deploy and Integrate — 50% deposit at kickoff, 50% on delivery. Build — 25% at kickoff, 50% at midpoint milestone (SOW-defined), 25% at delivery. All invoiced via accept.blue.
Do you have case studies or client references?
Not yet — this is a new services offering. GravityOps has been in production across the WordPress ecosystem for years; what we’re building now is the same engineering team applied to your client’s specific project. If a case study is a hard requirement for your buying process, tell us on the application and we’ll be upfront about whether we’re a fit for this engagement. Early engagements shape our published case studies — we’ll be transparent about that in the SOW.
Do you white-label?
Yes. Standard on request. NDA on request.
Can we use your GravityOps plugins in the deliverable?
Yes — Deploy engagements are built around them. For Integrate and Build, we’ll use existing GravityOps plugins where they apply. Your client will need appropriate GravityOps licenses; we can help scope that in discovery.
