Privacy, Costs, And Human Review

What Leaves The Site #

The plugin sends configured prompts and their replaced merge-tag values to Anthropic or OpenAI. Provider responses and provider request identifiers return to the site. Text usage is recorded for plugin features such as monthly caps. Generated image files are temporarily staged and then saved to Gravity Forms when verified.

The plugin cannot determine whether a form field contains sensitive information. Administrators decide which merge tags are included.

Before Publishing #

  • Minimize prompt data to what the task actually needs.
  • Review provider terms, retention, regional processing, and data-control settings.
  • Update the site’s privacy notice and obtain consent where required.
  • Avoid secrets, passwords, complete payment data, or unnecessary identity documents.
  • Establish deletion and access practices for generated content and entry data.

Provider Costs #

Text cost generally depends on input and output tokens and model. Image cost generally depends on model, size, and quality. A failed or disconnected request can still have provider-specific billing behavior; consult the provider’s current rules.

Use provider budgets and alerts as the authoritative spending guard. Plugin public request limits and monthly text token caps are additional operational controls, not exact invoice forecasting. Administrator reruns and repeated frontend button clicks make new provider requests.

Review Generated Content #

AI output can be wrong, biased, incomplete, unsafe, or inconsistent even with a detailed prompt. Use human review for legal, medical, financial, employment, eligibility, safety, moderation, or other consequential uses. Do not present an AI-generated classification as an objective fact without an appropriate review process.
