Once the Mass Email Notifications plugin is active, you’ll find its menus added directly to the WordPress admin area. There are three places to know about:
Feed Management #
- Navigate to Forms → Forms → Mass Notifications.
- Here you create and manage the feeds that control how mass emails are built.
- Each feed ties to a form and specifies the target email field, message template, and other options.
Global Settings & Batch Manager #
- Navigate to Forms → Settings → Mass Notifications.
- This area controls your global settings:
- Per-minute, hourly, daily, and monthly send limits.
- Cron scheduling and next-run info.
- Old batch cleanup.
- It also doubles as a batch manager, letting you preview, send, cancel, or mark batches complete.
GravityOps → Mass Notifications #
This top-level menu item gives you:
- Overview: An at-a-glance summary of your connection status, total emails sent, and active batch statistics.
- Campaigns: View and manage your current email batches, including those in progress, pending, scheduled, completed, or canceled.
