After installing and activating GravityOps Forum, you can find the plugin’s settings and management tools within the standard Gravity Forms menu.
Navigating to the Plugin #
- Log in to your WordPress administrative dashboard.
- In the left-hand sidebar menu, locate and click on GravityOps.
- Click on the GravityOps Forum tile or submenu to access the plugin’s dashboard.
Dashboard Overview #
The GravityOps Forum dashboard is organized into several tabs to help you manage your community:
- Forums: This is where you create and manage your Boards and Forums. You can add new boards, edit existing ones, and create nested forums (Paid only).
- Forms: This critical tab is where you map your Gravity Forms to handle topic and reply submissions. You can also map specific form fields to forum metadata like titles, tags, and additional fields (Paid only).
- Configuration: Here you’ll find global plugin settings, including permalink structures and basic display options.
- Access: Manage who can interact with your forum. Map WordPress user roles to specific access levels like “View Only,” “Post Topics,” or “Moderator.”
- Help: A quick-access area for support links, documentation, and community resources.
