Finding The Plugin And Its Feeds

The GravityOps Menu #

In WordPress administration, open GravityOps -> AI Feed. The page has these working tabs:

  • Overview: setup summary, model-lifecycle report, and links to the next common actions.
  • Credentials: save API keys, see which sources are available, and test connections.
  • Feeds: view text and image feeds across all forms, see their selected model and lifecycle, open their settings, and use Gravity Forms’ native activation control. A count appears in the tab label when active feeds use deprecated or retired models.
  • Controls: pause providers or forms, configure model-lifecycle email, set public request limits and monthly text token caps, and enter advanced trusted-proxy information.
  • Docs: bundled product documentation.

Feed Settings On A Form #

AI feeds belong to individual Gravity Forms forms:

  1. Open Forms.
  2. Select a form.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Choose AI Text or AI Image.
  5. Select Add New to create a feed, or select an existing feed name to edit it.

The feed list includes Gravity Forms’ native Active switch. An inactive feed cannot run from a submission, frontend button, administrator rerun, or Gravity Flow step. The GravityOps Feeds tab changes this same native status.

Finding IDs For Shortcodes #

When you edit a feed, its numeric feed ID appears in the browser address as fid=123. The GravityOps Feeds tab also links directly to each feed. Shortcodes require this number so the frontend button knows which feed to run.

You normally do not need to type form IDs or field IDs in plugin settings. Form-level controls show form names, and feed destination settings show the fields from the current form.

Model Updates Without Visiting A Feed #

The plugin checks configured feeds daily. If an active feed uses a deprecated or retired model, administrators with Gravity Forms access see one consolidated notice on the WordPress Dashboard, Gravity Forms screens, and GravityOps screens. The Overview tab lists inactive affected feeds too, so they can be updated before being reactivated.

A notice can be dismissed until the next urgency stage. Retirement notices can be snoozed only until the next day. The plugin does not replace a model automatically.
