What Gets Logged

Mass Email Notifications logs important events so you can track what happened in each campaign.

Recipient Entry Notes #

  • Each recipient’s Gravity Forms entry receives a note when an email is sent.

Batch Completion Notes #

  • When a batch finishes, a summary entry note is created.
  • This includes the feed label, number of recipients processed, and final status.
  • When a batch couldn’t be created or some other error occurs an entry note is created as well.

Batch Detail View #

  • Expand a batch in the Global Settings → Batch Tables.
  • You’ll see:
    • Recipient list.
    • Subject and message.
    • Status for each email (sent, pending, failed).
  • This acts as a per-recipient log within the batch.

Logging provides visibility for auditing, troubleshooting, and confirming that your campaigns were delivered as expected.
