Planned and Proposed Features #
- Workspace picker — choose the exact Asana workspace per feed.
- Setup wizard — guided first-run experience: connect Asana, fetch metadata, create your first feed.
- Optional caching — cache Asana metadata (projects, sections, custom fields) for a faster feed editor.
- Subtask creation — map form fields into one or more subtasks.
- Expanded mapping — map Gravity Forms fields to assignee, project, section, tags, and collaborators.
- Custom-field flexibility — allow custom values in addition to mapping directly from Gravity Forms fields.
- Automation hooks (subject to feasibility) — trigger Asana Rules; listen via webhooks where appropriate.
- Support for new Asana types — add support for the upcoming reference custom field type if appropriate.
- Asana data in GF — make Asana data available inside Gravity Forms.
- Run feed from entry — manually run the feed (create a task) from an entry in the backend.
