Last November the GravityOps bundle had five plugins: Asana for Gravity Forms, Mass Email Notifications, Recurring Form Submissions, Global Variables for Gravity Math, and Kanban View for GravityView. It now has fourteen, nine of them added since last Black Friday.
We didn’t announce most of them. We were busy building them. This post puts the whole suite on the record in one place.
Where the plugins come from
Every GravityOps plugin started as code we needed for our own production work. Our sister company, BrightLeaf Giving, runs a donation platform built on Gravity Forms, Gravity Flow and GravityView that has processed more than $5M in donations. When we write the same snippet for the third client, it becomes a plugin. That’s the whole roadmap process, and it’s why the suite leans toward what agencies actually get asked for.
The suite, by layer
Workflow
- Integrate Asana with Gravity Forms: submissions become Asana tasks with field mapping, assignees and custom fields. No Zapier.
- Mass Email Notifications: templated email to filtered sets of entries, from Gravity Forms and GravityView data.
- Recurring Form Submissions: an entry submits itself again on a schedule. Invoices, renewals, check-ins.
- Global Variables for Gravity Math: define a value once, use it across forms, views and emails.
- Multi Path Step (new): a Gravity Flow decision step with up to 20 buttons, each routing to its own step.
- Workflow Step Runner (new): send selected entries through any Gravity Flow step in bulk, then restore or reroute them.
- Code Snippet Manager (new): PHP, JS, CSS and HTML snippets that run from real files, not eval(), with per-site settings kept out of the code.
Presentation
- Kanban View for GravityView: drag-and-drop boards from GravityView entries.
- Charts (new): Chart.js bar, line, area, pie and time-series charts rendered from live entries.
- Search (new): one shortcode to find and display matching entries on any page, post or View.
- Live Field Validation (new): validate fields as people type, using the same rules the form runs at submission.
Intelligence
- AI Feed (new): Claude for text and OpenAI for images as Gravity Forms feeds, on your own keys; Premium adds Gravity Flow steps, streaming and token budgets. We wrote up why AI belongs in the feed and not the form builder.
Community and media
- Forum (new): a community forum where every topic and reply is a Gravity Forms entry.
- Multi-Media (new): a video field that won’t accept the form until the video has played for the time you set.
Six of these plugins register their own shortcodes. Every tag and attribute, next to the rest of the Gravity Forms ecosystem, is in our Gravity Forms shortcodes reference.
What changed for agencies
We now describe ourselves the way we actually sell: premium Gravity Forms extensions for agencies. The Agency bundle covers 20 client sites with white-labeling. When a plugin isn’t the answer, we also take on custom Gravity Forms development built on the same primitives.
Every plugin has a 14-day free trial with no card, and everything carries a 30-day refund guarantee if it doesn’t work for your use case. You can buy plugins one at a time or take the bundle.
One more thing: GravityOps Weekly subscribers get our Black Friday pricing on November 19, four days before it goes public. If you build on Gravity Forms for clients, get on the list.
