This forum is for builds: systems you run on WordPress and Gravity Forms, and how they actually work. A good Show & Tell post covers:
- The problem. What the system replaced: a spreadsheet, a SaaS tool, an inbox, a custom app.
- Who uses it. Roles and rough volume: entries per month, users, sites.
- The stack. Forms, add-ons, workflow steps, views.
- The data flow. What happens after submit, step by step, and what each person sees.
- What you'd change. The fragile part, or what you'd build differently now.
- A screenshot or short video with real names and data removed.
Ours, to start: BrightLeaf Giving runs fiscal sponsorship programs on a single WordPress install. Fund applications come in through Gravity Forms. Reviews, approvals, and disbursement requests move through Gravity Flow. Program dashboards are GravityView views over the same entries, so there's no separate app to keep in sync with the forms. Ask us anything about the setup in the replies.
