How to ask a Gravity Forms question that gets answered

The fastest answers go to questions someone else can reproduce. Before you post, collect these five things.

  1. Versions. WordPress, PHP, Gravity Forms, and every add-on involved. Forms → System Status lists all of them; copy the relevant lines.
  2. Expected vs. actual. "The notification didn't send" is a start. "The admin notification sends, but the user notification with conditional logic on field 7 never does" gets answered.
  3. The form. A screenshot of the fields involved, or an export from Forms → Import/Export. Exports include your notification and confirmation settings, so check for email addresses you don't want public.
  4. Logs. Enable logging under Forms → Settings → Logging, reproduce the problem, and paste the lines around the failure. For feed and notification problems, the answer is usually in the log.
  5. What you already tried. A conflict test on staging (default theme, other plugins off), cache cleared, a second browser. Saying so saves a round trip.

Title it like a search query. "Conditional logic ignores a value set by Populate Anything" helps the next person with the same problem. "Help, form broken" doesn't.

Long code goes in a Gist. Short snippets are fine inline. For anything longer than a few lines, link a GitHub Gist so the indentation survives.

Post the fix. When you solve it, reply with what worked, even if nobody else answered.
