Welcome to the BrightLeaf Digital community: a place for people who build real systems on WordPress and Gravity Forms to ask questions, share what works, and tell us what to build next.
Who it's for. Agency developers, freelancers, and in-house builders who run forms, workflows, and data on WordPress. You don't need to use any of our plugins to post. Plenty of the best questions here will have nothing to do with GravityOps, and that's fine.
How it's organized.
Community vs. support. This forum is for discussion and peer help. Our team reads it and answers where we can, but there's no response-time guarantee here. If a GravityOps plugin is broken or you have a license problem, use official support: we aim to respond within 1–2 business days for paid customers, and Agency plan customers can book time on our support calendar.
Getting a fast answer. Read How to ask a Gravity Forms question that gets answered and the community guidelines before your first post. Versions, logs, and what you already tried get answers. "It doesn't work" doesn't.
This forum runs on our own plugin. It's built with GravityOps Forum. Every topic and reply here is a Gravity Forms entry, access is WordPress roles mapped to permission sets, and login and registration are Gravity Forms too. If you're evaluating it for a client site, you're looking at a production install. Ask us anything about how it's set up.
I'm Gil, COO at BrightLeaf Digital. Our team answers here under our own names. Introduce yourself in this thread.
