Community guidelines

Short version: be specific, be honest, and leave every thread better than you found it.

  • Be specific. Versions, field IDs, log lines, and screenshots beat adjectives. Title your topic like a search query so the next person can find it.
  • Protect secrets and people. Never post license keys, API keys, passwords, or real entry data. Form exports include your notification settings, so check the email addresses before you paste one. We edit posts that leak credentials.
  • Disclose affiliation. If you recommend a plugin or service you build, sell, or earn from, say so in the same post. We do the same: posts from the BrightLeaf Digital team are under our real names.
  • Post your fix. Solved it yourself? Reply with what worked, even if nobody else answered. That's how this becomes the place people find answers.
  • Answer in your own words. Don't paste AI output as an answer. Using AI to think something through is fine; post what you tested, and say what you haven't.
  • No link drops. Sharing your own article or tool is fine when it answers the question in the thread. Links with no context get removed.
  • Disagree with the idea, not the person.

Moderation. We remove spam, lock threads that turn hostile, and edit posts to strip credentials or personal data. If you think we got a call wrong, reply in the thread or contact us.
