BrightLeaf Digital is a US-based company providing WordPress plugins, including products built for and integrated with WordPress, Gravity Forms, and related platforms.

- Licensed WordPress plugins
- Plugin updates and integrations
- Optional free plugins or code released under GPL licenses
- Occasional custom development services by independent contract
Plugins are software products, not hosted SaaS services.
3. Licensing
Plugin licenses may be issued:
- Per site
- Per account
- Per subscription tier
Licenses:
- Are non-transferable
- May not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed
- May be revoked for abuse, violation of these Terms, or nonpayment
GPL-licensed products are governed by their respective open-source licenses.
4. Payments, Trials, and Refunds
- Payments and subscriptions are managed by Freemius
- Some plugins offer free trials
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Refunds are available within 30 days if a product is unsatisfactory
Failure to pay or chargebacks may result in license expiration or termination.
5. Support and Updates
- Support is provided on a best-effort basis
- Typical response time is within one business day
- Updates and feature changes are provided at our discretion
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or backward compatibility.
6. Custom Development
From time to time, BrightLeaf Digital may enter into independent contracts for custom development.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- BrightLeaf retains all intellectual property rights
- Clients receive a limited license to use delivered work
- Generic code may be reused in other products
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse our products or licensing systems
- Circumvent licensing or payment mechanisms
- Use our products for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with the security or operation of our services
8. Disclaimers
Our products are provided “as is.”
We make no guarantees that our products will:
- Meet your specific business needs
- Be error-free
- Work with all third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments
We disclaim responsibility for issues caused by:
- Third-party APIs
- WordPress core changes
- Hosting providers
- Plugin conflicts
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages
- Total liability is capped at the fees you paid to BrightLeaf Digital in the prior 12 months
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts or licenses at our discretion.
Upon termination:
- Licenses are revoked
- Disclaimers and liability limitations survive
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
