Who should use this support form?

Use this form if you are:

  • An Agency plan customer for any GravityOps plugin or the full bundle.
  • A Pro/Premium customer on any BrightLeaf plugin.
  • A free plugin or snippet user.

This page is for technical and configuration support, not general sales. If you’re looking for consulting, training, or custom development, please use the form on our contact page.

Best-effort support as availability allows. Clear details = faster answers.

Before you submit

You do not have to complete all of these steps, but if you can, they dramatically speed up troubleshooting:

  • Make sure WordPress, Gravity Forms, and the relevant BrightLeaf plugin(s) are up to date.
  • From the Gravity Forms settings page, enable logging for Gravity Forms and relevant add-ons.
  • If possible, test on a staging site and note whether the issue happens there too.
  • Try a quick conflict test: temporarily switch to a default theme and disable other plugins to see if the issue persists.
  • If you’re comfortable doing so, copy your Gravity Forms System Report (Forms → System Status → Copy System Report).
  • Collect screenshots and/or a short screen recording of the exact steps that reproduce the issue.
  • If you’re using custom PHP/JS/CSS, have the relevant snippets ready to paste or upload.

You can still submit the form without doing all of this. Fill in as much as you reasonably can; partial information is better than no information.

What to expect after you submit

Once you submit the form, here’s what happens:

Agency plan customers

  • You’ll enter our fast-lane by entering your Freemius account email address and selecting your product.
  • After submission, you’ll be sent directly to our support calendar to book a time.
  • We review your request and come prepared to the call with as much context as possible.

Pro / Premium customers

  • You’ll receive an email with your ticket ID and a summary of what you submitted.
  • A BrightLeaf Digital support rep will review your environment, configuration, and code samples.
  • If a live call or screen-share would speed things up, we’ll send you a calendar link.

Free users & evaluators

  • You’ll also receive a ticket confirmation.
  • We handle free support on a best-effort basis, but we do our best to give you a useful, actionable reply.

In general, we aim to respond within 1–2 business days for paid customers, and as availability allows for free users.
